The DeWalt DCE079D1G Green Rotary Laser Kit is a fully automatic rotary laser designed for demanding site work where fast set-up and reliable accuracy are essential. Using a green laser beam, it offers improved visibility compared with red lasers, making it easier to pick up in brighter, daytime conditions and across larger internal areas.

Performance is built around automatic horizontal and vertical self-levelling with plumb, delivering an accuracy of ±1.5mm at 30m. The laser provides up to 76m visibility range and a working range up to 600m when paired with the supplied detector, supporting efficient layout, levelling and alignment tasks on large sites. A manual single slope mode (±10°) is included for setting falls, along with scan modes on both X and Y axes to focus the beam where you need it.

Designed for professional durability, the unit features a heavy-duty rubber housing and is IP67 rated for dust and water protection. It is also drop tested to 1 metre to withstand day-to-day knocks in tough environments. Power flexibility is excellent, with compatibility across DeWalt 18V XR and 54V FlexVolt batteries, and this kit includes an 18V 2.0Ah XR Li-ion battery and charger to get you working straight away.

Applications include setting levels for foundations and concrete pours, levelling formwork, aligning steelwork, installing suspended ceilings, checking floor levels, and general horizontal/vertical layout on building and fit-out projects.
